Background of the Study
Intercultural dialogue fosters understanding and cooperation among diverse cultural groups, promoting peace and social cohesion. Photography has emerged as a powerful medium for capturing and communicating the richness of cultural diversity, facilitating dialogue and mutual respect. In Illela Local Government Area, Sokoto State, photography has been used to document cultural festivals, traditional practices, and community interactions.
